Everfield is a European holding company, formed in 2022 by Aquiline Capital Partners. It focuses on acquiring and growing small- to medium-sized, founder-owned vertical software companies across Europe. The company operates in a decentralized manner, allowing acquired companies to maintain their autonomy while benefiting from shared services like financial planning, marketing, and talent acquisition to support growth and long-term success.

The Everfield Summit was created to unite the leadership within the Everfield Ecosystem and foster collaboration and long-term growth. I was part of the team that shaped the vision and mission of the event. The Summit provides a space for CEOs, managers, and key decision-makers to align on shared goals. It focuses on discussing long-term strategies and exchanging best practices across Everfield companies. The event strengthens connections through social interactions and collaborative activities. It empowers attendees with insights and inspiration to drive their companies forward. This Summit plays a crucial role in reinforcing Everfield’s collective vision and mission.

The first Everfield Summit will took place on October 22-25, 2024 at the 5 star hotel The Oitavos in Cascais, Portugal.

The visual identity I created for the Everfield Summit draws directly from the Everfield brand, using three core colors to maintain consistency while evoking the unique atmosphere of Cascais, Portugal. The chosen colors reflect the natural beauty of the location—sunsets, ocean, sand, beaches, and rocks—bringing the serene and inspiring environment into the Summit's branding.

This palette also symbolizes openness, creativity, and a relaxed, collaborative vibe, essential for fostering meaningful connections. The typography and design elements were carefully selected to enhance this sense of collaboration, creating a visual language that feels both familiar and dynamic, perfectly aligning with Everfield’s overarching brand while giving the Summit its distinct identity.

Set Design and Decorations - collaboration with Oupas

In collaboration with Oupas, a design studio known for creating intricate works from paper (specializing in handcrafted, paper-based designs that combine artistic precision with creativity), I developed a modular set design and decorations for the Everfield Summit. The modular nature of these decorations was intended to symbolize the themes of connection and collaboration. Each piece could be easily connected to others, visually reinforcing the idea of creating things together, a core message of the Summit.

Gift Design

Additionally, I designed the attendee gifts in partnership with Oupas Design. These gifts included small boxes containing miniature versions of the larger modular decorations. These miniatures served as 3D puzzles, allowing attendees to build their own totems, further emphasizing creativity and personal connection to the Summit's theme.

Attendees also received high-quality branded notebooks, a Kinto bottle, a Rains travel bag, and locally sourced Portuguese tea and relaxation spray. These thoughtful gifts were chosen to provide both utility and a memorable connection to the event, reflecting the premium and personalized experience of the Everfield Summit.
